I am in Rockford, IL. Starting two days ago, I couldn't log in my hotmail account and some of my bank accounts (Chase and Fidelity) even though I could successfully logged in others like Citibank. I wonder if anybody else had a similar problem or have an idea about what was going on with my computer.
I don't know about Chase and Fidelity, but Hotmail (actually, Windows Live, in general) had their own problems for much of Tuesday, Feb. 26; so that may be unrelated to other service problems you have seen.
