[Speed] Extremely slow download speed, Surfing is horrible

In the past weeks my Comcast Internet went down the drain, i can barely surf the web. The speed feel like it even slower than dail up!!!

Most of the time sites wont even load up, it take minutes to load sites!

I've been a comcast customer for years and since the switch it has been a horrible experience.

I test the speed on speedtest.net and my result were,

Download: 835 kb/s
Upload: 1503 kb/s

Speakeasy.net result

Download: 1003 kb/s
Upload: 1560 kb/s

All the equipment remain the same as when the speed were amzing and connectivity was awesome.

I too, am having problems with slow speeds. For the past 2 days, everything has slowed to a crawl. In the past, i've had no problems with huge downloads, gaming, etc, but now websites take a minute or two to load.

If it's not up by the time i get back from this weekend, i'm calling comcast.

As you said, you have the same equipment as when things were working fine; have your modem's signal levels changed? Please post your current downstream power, upstream power and downstream S/N ratio.
