I am out of the Wayne CO, SE PA....
I have several PCs and have rebooted the router (changed IPs).
I have no explanation...can get to the site just fine on comcast and dsl (same laptop..other locations).
can anyone else verify?

| reply to BryanOnRR just to put a fine point on this. After a month of trying everything under the sun, I fixed the issue.
It is IPv6 with the actiontec / fios.
For some reason it effects almost all Turner Internet properties nascar.com, hbo.com, pga.com and a bunch of cable tv dot coms.
