I am seeing the EXACT same issues as Oddsk8er.

Speed jumps around a lot (I have not seen 30Mbps...my speeds have been fluctuating erratically between the 10/1 that I should be getting and much much lower), pings are MUCH higher at all times than they were before the cut over, and routing is taking me into Chicago, then out to the East Coast, then back into Chicago before sending me along to my final destination.
