Re: [Streamyx] TMNet blocking all port

You mean that TM is blocking all connections to you ie they stop you running a server?
I wonder if they are using NAT in the network

its fine now, i can browse the internet again and BT is still slow. BT max now is 10-20kbs, getting 30kbs is unbelievable and almost a miracle now.

I'm not running any server. oh and yeah they're absolutely blocking all port other than http, you guys can check it at www.canyouseeme.org . the only port i checked they didn't blocked is port 80, 21 & 23.(or maybe port 21 & 23 only for sometime) other than that I'm not sure but i dare to say, its been blocked too. tmnet you really pissed me off! they really love to throttle our connection and not exactly increasing their own bandwidth. spend money to annoyed your customer but not trying to improve your service, nice one. my god man, i guess this is what they called vision 2020.

I'm so pissed! i think I'm going to download from anywhere in internet any HD files even if i will never ever even watch it. gametrailers, gamevideos, quicktime, yahoo movies, gamershell etc. just to use every goddamn bandwidth i can! I can't do shit to streamyx by doing this but damn, the thought of using all that bandwidth 24/7 its like saying "come on man, throttle me baby, I'm using port 80 sucker!!" really takes away my anger.

PS: anyone check their open port in www.canyouseeme.org ? still 'green'? btw some dns i got from here and the internet:

This is certainly a step up in their "efforts" indeed but I don't see the same scenario/complaints either here or the other forums though. Maybe the IP that is assigned to you be the only range being blocked?

Cheers!!!
