This is very misleading, making it look like they are running FIOS into new areas. WRONG. The communities listed where they applying for FIOS video franchises are communities that are already wired or are in the process of wiring. Verizon has made it quite clear that they do not intend to begin wiring for FIOS in any more communities in Massachusetts. They've already cherry picked the profitable areas and the rest be damned.
