What's your point? So this person paid attention to their bill, noticed the fee and called to complain. How many people will pay it without looking at it and get fleeced out of that $2?

I am thankful to still be with Insight instead of handed over to Comcast. If their business is so bad that they have to charge extra fees for customer care and support that they should have already accounted for in your monthly programming charges I can only imagine where they will go next to "find" new revenue.

Exactly. I am sure if enough people would pay attention to their bill, rather than writing a check like a robot for whatever the bold amount says, the days of nickel and diming customers for silly and pointless charges will be over
