Re: Need new provider I don't know about the payments thing, but I can confirm that they were having serious system problems earlier.
I was on the phone with one tech, trying to get my Treo up and running again, when he told me they had lost both of the systems he was accessing. In the background, i could hear other techs commenting on the same problem.
I called back about an hour+ later, and all was functional again. |
