They are not behind, because while some claim to support it by "so and so year" they are still going to offer same speeds. Its the same with going from DOCSIS 1x to 2x.
Each standard can say "Up to So-and-so speed" improvement, but cable providers never will offer said speeds.
Pretty much all the DOCSIS press releases are just that..press releases that mean squat. |

I'm sorry you took the word BEHIND so literally but you get my point. behind in alot of peoples mind would be ATT since they won't spend money on fiber to the home. sometimes you can't help igronant people. |
