what??

they illegally screwed with a FCC investigation, and now they're thinking they can sue because they need to be split up like ma bell, and don't want to? I think someone needs to have everyone at the comcast offices committed.

What FCC investigation did they illegally screw with? And comparing Comcast to the "old AT&T" demonstrates a lack of understanding of either situation.

you must have been living under a rock this past week, and I understand the situation perfectly, I've been around since you could make a call for a nickel on a public phone.

Are you speaking of the paid attendees at an open forum? That wasn't an investigation. Or did you have something else?

that was a FCC Formal Hearing, and they blocked anyone that wanted to attend from attending. That should be investigated and fines levied for that abuse.

Then by that logic lobbyists and virtually any other group should be fined as well. They`re not the first to fill a public forum with people that will keep quiet or support them
