any excuse not to give me full bandwidth. In my opinion, PB becomes a detriment in heavily loaded areas because even though the "peak" speed may seem acceptable (on speed tests) the actual sustained performance can be much less.
If you're on a oversubscribed node, powerboost doesn't activate. I know because im on a loaded node and have very seldomly gotten PB to activate.
