Is anyone here with Shaw in this area? I'm currently with Telus ADSL but may need to ditch them.
I'd like to know about speed, congestion any other problems etc.
Also, VOIP performance, if you have it.

 I live in the Whalley area, on xtreme-i, getting over 10megabits on speedtest, around 1 megabit upstream.

Fairly good speeds for p2p, like torrents, can see upwards of 800 k/bytes on private trackers

Use skype for my voip, not bad other than the usual voip issues that can crop up from time to time (like some audio breakup), but for the most part it works fine.
