| Yes ,but they have been showing some gains and if you look at the corporate world debt,Bankruptcy are very common.
the fact that Charter has invested any money any where to do upgrades shows some growth in service and moving forward from where they where ,but time will tell, predictions is just a guess as to the end results no one really knows at this time ! |
