Actualy Insight cable here in columbus offers phone service for that same 40/mo price mark, discounts internet to 35 and cable to 30. So they arnt too far off, and a nice plus is that all their cable boxes are both HD and a DVR a cost savings u need to add into the picture. Now if only they would finish deploying here.
