Ummmm, maybe.
The market is right, if you have the financing to invest in FTTH (neither Qwest nor Sprint do)and you can afford to wait for the payback (neither Qwest nor Sprint can)
ADSL can fill-in some gaps, for a while anyway, and is quick and fairly cheap to deploy.
