<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1024411"><b>chakey</b></A> : Yup-took them 6 months to get my bill right.  Had the triple play installed during the 19" TV promo, still no letter.  When I called inquiring, I was given an outsourced number to call.  When I called that number, the CSR laughed when I said I was told I'd get one.  She said "Honey, a lot of people SAY they are supposed to get one.  That doesn't mean they are going to..."<br><br>Good times.  At least my bill is right.  One problem at a time...]]></description>
