<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/612876"><b>gaforces</b></A> : ISP's have absolutely no business looking at files people download.<br>If it's a matter of national security and they have a warrant, then they should look at communications, not downloaded files. That is violation of privacy, the govt doesn't need to be looking at my porn for national security.<br><small>--<br>Vista ~ Less functional every day!</small>]]></description>
