No, it makes perfect sense, because then you are downloading as fast as the movie is playing.

With the 2mbps, you cant watch it UNTIL its done downloading, because if you did, it would pause many times because of the download not matching the speed at which you are watching it.

Same with 768kbps, just much longer.
