If someone would sign up for FiOS and cancel it the next day for a free $200.00 TV, those types on average, likey would not be approved for service without a large deposit – so if they stole the TV they would lose their deposit! Worse case, the credit people ruin their credit.
Certainly, the customer would have to sign that they received the gift and agree with the terms of receipt.
It really shouldn't be so complicated. |
