looking to switch

Hi I will be moving into a mountain cable area and am thinking about switching my internet service to them from bell and have a few questions

1)Do they throttle/shape torrents?
2)is the modem a router as well (connect more then 1 pc to it) and is it also a wireless router?
3)what advantages over bell do they have? (if you have had both services)

thnx in advance

addendum to 3 - I've never had to wait on hold for customer service...

no cap, no throttling, included usenet access, pretty consistent speeds usually around the advertised speed**, cheaper, better latency, no contract, fast email thats not hotmail.. i could probably think of a few more but thats off the top of my head lol.

**I usually get 5.5mbps out of the 6mbps they advertise. w/ bell i was stuck on 1mbps for 3 years and nothing was done to improve that.
