How doe's fax reception work ?
Does callcentric recognize a fax call ?
Will it be detected when a call goes to voice mail ?
Are call treatments necessary meaning I need another DID for inbound faxes ?

You have to set up call treatments, so if you want a number than can always receive faxes, you need to set up another DID and forward all calls to fax. Without adding a DID, if you know somebody is sending you a fax, ask them for their fax number and make a custom call treatment forwarding all calls from that number to fax. |
