·Comcast
| Not just because...
When Comcast adjusts pricing in a new market it's not just because they can, it's to make pricing consistent across the region. For marketing purposes, including printed brochures, and any other kind of advertising, you want a consistent price. If Insight was a little less expensive than Comcast, so be it. There's no reason to have a ton of different prices for the same cable packages in Illinois. Just because you live in Springfield you get to pay less? That doesn't make sense. Keep in mind that Insight's cable packages were no where near what Comcast offers. |

| ROFL, you can't seriously believe that. In Michigan, in each community that has access to WOW cable and comcast cable, the comcast prices are much lower. In cities that border these cities that only have access to Comcast, the rates are higher.
Nothing standard about that. -- dnoyeB "Then said I, Wisdom [is] better than strength: nevertheless the poor man's wisdom [is] despised, and his words are not heard. " Ecclesiastes 9:16
