<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1043110"><b>Chris 313</b></A> : Permaboost should be used to showcase new speed tiers.<br><br>In a year or so, this is what you could have.<br><br>When a friend of mine on Comcast got Permaboost and was getting 32 megs constant, I was drooling over it. <br><br>I even had a chance to get it, but due to a tech glitch, I was limited to 8.88.<br><br>Permaboost sustained speeds will start to happen for us by the end of this year. <br><br>Yours shouldn't be far behind since you're Docsis 2, aren't you? We're still 1.1 here.]]></description>
