My mother still pays hers by mail, and probably couldn't figure out how to pay it over the phone. Of course it's more expensive to provide a live contact person than an automated system. That's always been true. So why is it only now that they are deciding to charge for the service? Maybe because the cost of fuel is going up? -- No one is always right or always wrong, unfortunately. |
