Indie VOIP Cos require YOUR HSI connection to work. I don't see why people pay Vonage rates when they can get Cable Digital Voice saving about $20 a month vs. the Telco and NOT using your HSI connection as well as betting on the Net to make calls. And, Cable Cos set-up your phone service so it doesn't require a degree from MIT to set-up (like Vonage, VT, etc.).
