Wow, what a small world, yes it is a 100% Guaranteed Scam. There is no connection to ING whatsoever. He is using that to attract mule victims.

I know who the scammer is, he left a clue. SnowyOne See Profile and I have been tracking this prolific Romanian criminal for well over 6 months on »/phishtrack. We have compiled a substantial dossier on the criminal activities of "Dieseel".
