ACH and wires are often B2B, electronic fund transfers, no need for intermediaries.

And this:

3. Western Union service in your area;
4. Possibility to visit a bank or cashing location any day of the week if needed. It is better if there are cashing locations which work 7 days a week nearby

Also, Seems like they are playing on the ING Name...

I submitted this to

And complained that they didn't have an obvious fraud@
