Omnicity is a headache! I have experienced 4 outages in the past 2 weeks. Several were lengthy. I hate the VM system. They don't have 24 hour support. They simply don't give a da** about their service or their customers. The minute that I have an alternative, I will change. Don't get their service unless you like frustration, unkept promises, and no connectivity.
