I didn't like it, so I did leave them! Of course it was like hell getting some kind of honest response from them explaining why my service went south after December 2007, and whether or not it might get back to normal.
Sure there are complainers here, take a look at the multiple posts where speeds are reasonable during the morning hours and suck after noon. But, if you read the earlier portion of my post you'll see that I was completely happy with them until they throttled down my speeds. I don't download very much - never been FAP'd, never been close! |
