I wonder if you need to be a comcast customer to qualify for Earthlink HSI? Comcast took over my city like two years ago.

I do not have or need Comcast service.

No you do not need to be a Comcast customer. However EL is only able to resell service in limited Comcast areas. If you can get it is a much cheaper alternative than Comcast
