I own the place and am quite certain we can get this issue resolved - it really is unusual for our network.

Please either call the office and demand to speak to me, or e-mail admin (at) signatureblue.com with your contact info and I will be in touch as soon as I see it.

I can't guarantee that I can fix it immediately, but I'll bet it can be fixed quickly.
