| [TOURISM] Google snooping
What do you call it when you use Google Earth to snoop on old neighborhoods, close relatives, friends, etc.?
I've just turned my wife on to using Google Earth to look down on several of our our prior abodes as well as relatives, friends, etc. Nothing malicious, to be sure, but fun none the less.
What do we call that?

| I call it one of the most interesting inventions of our time. Not for snooping but for just the overall perspective it gives. I've been fortunate in that i've been able to go to many places in my life for business and leisure..and getting to revisit them in this way is like another trip there altogether.
From the time I spent in a cabin in the California mountains outside yosemite to the beaches of the bahamas..it's all there again with just a few mouse clicks. That's amazing and quite a journey in itself. -- The Coyote captured the RR! Roadrunner Rick is now Comcastic! |
