Stepford, CA | Steaming Pile it's pretty clear that if Martin does anything at all, it will be to fine Comcast simply for not being honest. Yes, that is precisely what the situation dictates. We really need some piddling fine to keep ISPs honest. That way those that throttle/block internet traffic can just thumb their noses at the law because they have a get out of jail free card and mountains of money to pay off the judge.
