He did give the matter a pass -- not because he thought VZ should have been allowed to deny NARAL the code, but because management stepped up very quickly, admitted that VZ made a mistake, and corrected it.

| You are talking about Verizon Wireless. I am talking about their FIOS and DSL. As well as AT&Ts HSI.
(Wireless is another issue)
Would Verizon and AT&T be treated the same as Comcast is being treated?
