stav : Hi. I recently upgraded my Broadband from 2mb to 8mb. At first, I was achieving download speeds up to
around 550kb/s but now all I manage is 130kb/s at best.
My best time of the day to download has always been between 2am and 6am, and outside these hours the speed
can drop to only 20 to 30kb/s. I was getting faster speeds on 2mb broadband.
Ive downloaded Dr.TCP but haven't really got a clue what I'm doing.
