| Not all people from Kentucky or living in Kentucky are cretins or brain-dead imbeciles, only a small percentage called politicians fit that category on a regular basis.Naturally there will be exceptions to that broad generalization. This does sound like something that some fundamentalist Bible-thumping hypocrite would sponsor though! Kentucky has a lot of wonderful people mixed in with the racists, bigots and hate mongers as well as technology challenged and tech-savvy people.
