your 3347 should be 192.168.1.254, so set the router as 192.168.1.X subnet 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.254 DNS can be either the .254 or the ISP DNS servers.

you don't do anything inthe 3347 to assign teh DVR a static IP. just go inthe Network setup of the DVR and set it to the desired IP.

When I setup the pinhole, I can't get a connection to my DVR. I also want to setup the DVR with a static Ip (192.168.1.250) but the router doesn't like the address. Can someone tell me exactly how to setup the Ip and the pinhole?
