The reps are clueless and are just interested in selling something. They could care less what phones are best for the customer, they just want a sale of whatever is currently the top commission %.

I'm a road warrior. I constantly make phone calls while on the road. I did not feel comfortable dialing and driving. I got a MotoQ and it's great.

They basically run the same os (my Q is WM5... I think the Q9 is WM6) Well Q is WM Smartphone and the others are WM PocketPC just go to a sprint store and try them out and see what you like best.

Default is "B 6(IS-2000)" but can be incremented to the next one. I don't have the MSL for this phone gotta call Sprint and get it tomorrow or find the paper where the service center wrote it...

I have the original Q (Sprint) and if you go into the ##DATA# menu it gives you the option to enable Rev A. FWIW....
