Goodbye old pal...

I've been with SE for over 8 years, but after looking at FIOS for too long, it's finally tempted me. 15/2 with 5 static IPs for $119.00 can't be beat. I called yesterday, and they will be here to install this afternoon...

Thanks for the good times SE!!

Oh I'll still be around. Don't get me wrong, I still love SE, but being 15,500' from the CO is a bad thing. Only getting 4/768 and them going to 15/2 is going to be a tremendous difference.

I just hope if I call tech support...I get someone as good as I do EVERY time I've called SE. I'm guessing the FIOS Business support is US-based - or is for the time being. (hoping...)

All installed and went very smoothly.

15705 down, 1853 up....there's just no complaining about that, considering the speed test right before I disconnected all was 2900/600....

Might bode well for me at just over 12K feet to try 6 meg down when I have extra money. It easily get 85-90% of my 1.5 down although I don't know if I would have much use for anything more down - I would not mind getting more up for when I upload pics for the family to Winkflash...
