In response to this, I typed this up but have not sent it yet...

Dear Insight Broadband Company,

I pay my Insight bill, I do recall it having a charge for Internet Services on that bill.
I also recall when I ordered the service it was restricted to 10Mbits/sec down and 1Mbit/sec up. and I am staying below that restriction (as I have no choice).
I also recall being told that my Internet service is UNLIMITED and ALWAYS AVAILABLE to me to be used whenever and however I feel.
I do NOT recall being told that you would be "monitoring" my usage and invading my privacy and thus you are hereby asked to cease and desist invading my privacy.
