Curious about something...

Is there any way to find out what percentage of active members hold "Premium" memberships? Or would that be considered "proprietary" information? Even a "ballpark" figure would be adequate for my purposes... which is purely curiosity.

Percentage of what?

Posts per day?

Those that are only logged in and visit each day?

Number of registered users vs anyone this is/was a premium user since the beginning of the site or just folks that have logged in over the last year, etc?

For anon users who visit from 3 different IPs a day, are they 3 visitors?

My guess is less then 3% of users that visit the site more then once are premium members.

I would assume any member with a login in the last year. Since after a year of inactivity, the username is up for grabs. Anons, by definition, would not qualify in any way.

It's no big deal! Just something I was curious about.

So you're asking for the number of registered users active in the past 12 months, what percentage is premium?

Is the number 1,024,757 from »/who the number of accounts being used as the foundation?

3% of that would be 30,742 premium members that are in that active list. Maybe 2% or 1.5% might be closer.

I'm thinking we'll never know.

They won't say exact numbers because they don't want us to know how much money they've taken in from premium memberships.

I made you a helpful graph which is 99% accurate.
