Need help with Kerio, I'm a dummy!

I am trying to use the Kerio Firewall and I don't find anyplace in it that would let me allow a given program. As a result, Folding@home is being blocked. I keep getting download errors.

What is the trick to getting things like BIONC, Folding, and World of Warcraft working? Is the only way to choose something off of the list they have? I am quite confused and the Index with it didn't help me understand.

IIRC you have to create rules for some apps, click on the button that says "packet filter" under "network security" > "applications".

Here is a pick...
