Who's most likely going to buy this company? Wouldn't Comcast own a bit over 50% of the market then if they bought this, or am I wrong?

Were transition when Comcast took over other cable operations really bad? When we first got cable service after ditching DirecTV it was Comcast service but, just a few years before it was AT&T cable and Comcast bought it out. Our relatives, just before the buyout had AT&T cable and moved. When they moved, they got DirecTV at their new place, so I don't know if the service was bad when the transition happened.
