|  Receiving Multiple Copies of Same Messages (Not Spam)
I have had this problem before. I am using Outlook 2003. My son has had the same problem on his computer using Outlook Express. When we had this problem before, a Road Runner technical person said to check on the web to see if there were a bunch of messages there and to delete some or all of them. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the website link for western Ohio. Can anyone help me with this problem? |

From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
Select the "Mail" tab.
Double-click the account for your email
Select the "Advanced" tab.
In the Delivery section at the bottom of the window, make sure the box next to "Leave a copy of messages on server" is unchecked.
