Spin-Off ??

That headline had me scratching my head until I read all the articles. Time Warner Inc had already "spun-off" Time Warner Cable into its own company back in March (See stocks TWX vs TWC).

Does this mean any changes for Time Warner Cable? Not at all... they've already been operating with little-to-no influence from Time Warner Inc for several years now.

Time Warner Inc is just working up more ways to generate money.
