It takes 24-48 hours for them to "provision" the internet security to your account so that you are able to activate it. By "provisioning" I mean the time it takes for them to link your security suite package to your username and password. That may be why you have not received the e-mail yet. You can always download it from the website, but if it has not yet been provisioned to your account you will not be able to activate it. |
