| comcast vs charter I can tell you for certain, that even though Comcast could certainly be better... they aren't nearly as bad as Charter. I have relatives in both Madison and St. Louis with Charter. Their service is more expensive, their HD channels and On Demand content are FAR less than what Comcast offers (at least in Chicago) and as for the St Louis people, tons of technical and equipment supply issues. I'd say for channel offerings, Chicago is probably one of Comcast's better markets. They've also gone all digital as of last year. I suppose this is good and bad as it requires everyone with cable to have a box. |
