| Accurate Reporting- splitting hairs If you reference the Article is says late April not mid april, and it doesn't say how it would be spun off or that it will and in what form. It also says a decision will be made by late-april, not that the spin off would happen by then. A decision of how it will be done is different then when it will be done.
As you know these things take time. The belief by Some folks is that Time Warner is too complicated for many analysts to do forecasting, and its hurting its value. That individual parts are greater than the whole. It doesn't really effect how cable service is provided in any way. It has more stockholder interest than consumer interest. |
