This could get sicky fast... Verizon, Comcast, etc should just start charging high per byte fees when you go over a threshold. No neutrality issues to deal with.  EPS join:2008-02-13 Hingham, MA | reply to fAcEtIOUs If the DirecTV is being purchased through agreement with a telco (like Qwest and Verizon do with DSL- IIRC AT&T uses Dish?), DirecTV-OnDemand shouldn't be capped or thresholded- I would assume that DirecTV would at least try to prevent that from happening when they negotiate their ongoing deals with the telcos |
