<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/594412"><b>TK Junk Mail</b></A> : Given the FCC's telco rulings, their attempts to prevent cable from merging will probably be shot down by the exact same court that shot the FCC down before. <br><br>Of course, a new Congress and President(if a Dem wins) may just change laws concerning regulating both telcos and cable companies.
